While basking in the tranquility of a private lane, you'll also enjoy proximity to grocery stores, essential shopping, and a variety of incredible indoor and outdoor restaurants.

As you step inside, vaulted ceilings and solar tubes bathe the interior in natural light, complemented by multiple windows offering picturesque views. Recently remodeled, the home features new plank flooring, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with smudge-proof stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The layout includes 3 bedrooms, an additional bonus retreat room, and 2.5 baths with tubs and showers. Sleeping arrangements comprise 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, and 2 pull-out couches. The home also boasts a large bonus and game room, complete with a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, and a cozy TV sitting area.

Outdoor amplified music is prohibited, and surveillance cameras and decimal meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours, between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, must be observed. Groups violating these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action. This property is a non-smoking, drug-free environment, and no pets are allowed.
