Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Overall had a good stay. Still giving a good review. Communication was excellent. There’s a few minor and some others that would make this place excellent. Thanks again. Open to looking at other AvantStay places in the future. Notes: Beds were uncomfortable, they sunk in. Kitchen floors were sticky and had debris/food. Some Pots and silverware still had food on them. Bottom master didn’t have a fitted sheet, just flat sheet under and a comforter. BBQ needs to be cleaned, so much grease built up on and below burners made a huge fire - only used once. Rubber sealant on right side of door kept falling out. Lamp shade to the right side of fireplace won’t stay on. There was an old house smell downstairs.

Stayed with six friends and family for a long weekend of relaxing and winery visits. It is a lovely home with a beautiful view. Wildlife like deer run around the property. The house itself was very comfortable. We used almost every inch of it during our stay, including many hours on the patio.There are a couple of quirky things that we reported to ownership, like the light switches in the main level should all be labeled because there are a ton of lights and switches. Also, the sensor on the kitchen sink faucet is placed right where you wash your hands so it keeps shutting the water off. And the patio off the main bedroom is pretty much unusable because the door opens out and there's no screen. A few improvements and this house would be perfect. Lastly, because this is managed by a management company, response time is slightly slower and now quite as informed as when it's owner managed and they know every in and out of the place. Communications was still good though.

Not what is advertised.

I regularly book a home in the wine country for donors to our non profit. The home is always a hit. Not this one. It shows all the signs of being a “managed” property with little touches that make a place special. The kitchen is not stocked at all. The place was not spotless and the overall experience is rundown and neglected. The pics and the reviews are far from the actual experience. Disappointed to say the least. Still trying to figure out how we could be this far off.

Cozy and Relaxing Stay

Our family had a great stay at this property. It's spacious, quiet, and peaceful. We especially loved the view and the fireplace. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic cookware, bedding was cozy, and it's a great central location to tour around wine country.

Enjoyable stay

The house was in a great location and check-in was an easy process. For the most part, the house was pretty clean with a few exceptions. It appears the cleaning crew left a dirty bath towel and a used water bottle in one of the closets. The indoor outdoor fireplace was put a good use, and there was plenty of seating for all of our guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely view of Mayacamas Mountains

- Wonderful view from living/dining area of the Mayacamas Mountains from Mount St. Helena to Mount Hood! Balcony on the same level allows for pleasant outdoor dining. - An advantage of this property for those who find stairs difficult is the two bedrooms and full bath on the same floor as entry into the house. (Two additional bedrooms and full baths are on the lower level.). The floor plan of the house is posted with the photos on the Vrbo site. - The property manager and staff were very responsive. - The only shortcoming for our group was the clothes washer and dryer, which don't work very well.

Great views and house, but needs a/c

The house is clean and spacious, very well furnished, and the kitchen has everything you could need. Lots of windows and great views. The house has some sort of whole house ventilation system, but, as stated in the listing and in the house, no air conditioning. I assume that during normal weather that’s no problem, but during the extreme heat wave the first week of September, it got pretty warm in the house. Lots of floor fans are provided, but the house would really benefit from an a/c system.

Beautiful Deck and View for wine country

The home had a beautiful view and deck that spanned the length of the home and where we spent the majority of time. The area home is in is cool so perfect for summer as it doesn't get as hot as other areas.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. We took full advantage of the balcony dining space. Large communal area(s) made both hanging out together and separately easy. Pool table was a highlight.
