Cozy Studio On Gated 5 Acre Ranch In Heart Of Santa Ynez Valley

Cozy Studio on private gated 5 acre ranch in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley. The Studio is a ground unit under a Guest House, and has it's own private entrance with fenced outdoor patio. Comfortable queen bed in sleeping area with TV is separated by closet which also serves as a partition from the kitchenette and bathroom area. Kitchenette includes: fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster oven, & necessary utensils) Wifi, complimentary coffee with sugar & creamer, toiletries, towels, and linens are provided. We have additional living quarters on the property occupied by tenants. All units are private with private entrances and studio is below an upstairs guest house. We also share the property with dogs, and horses. Our friendly dogs may come say Hi, and bark when you arrive (don't be afraid) they are excited to meet new people. As much as we love animals we do not allow pets in the studio. Gate code and code to enter studio will be given prior to arrival so you may arrive at your convenience. I am happy to meet for your arrival if you desire and if I'm available. Otherwise, please let yourself in with detailed instructions provided before your arrival date. Roblar winery is within walking distance of the property. Solvang, Los Olivos, and downtown Santa Ynez are located within a scenic 8-10 minute drive. I am happy to provide recommendations for wineries, tasting rooms, restaurants, attractions and activities...please inquire

Easy and understandable directions. Quite and very clean place. It is a place to eat simple meals. But it could use a microwave. It was an appropriate for our visit we used mainly to sleep and shower. Would stay in future visits.

Very accommodating for a small area. Had everything you could need. Although a microwave would be the only thing we could have used. We were very comfortable and have recommended it to our friends and family. Would definitely stay here again!

What a gem of a little place; perfect for two people. Amenities were more than sufficient and the room was well-equipped. The owner/host was very responsive and available if we needed her. The property is peaceful and lovely. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Location was hard to beat.

The cozy studio was perfect for a couple days visiting Solvang and Santa Ynez. Also, very close to the casino. There was nothing bad to say, every amenity we needed was available. Fridge was very useful and roomy there was a couple waters and granola bars in the fridge for us, which we really appreciated on our long drive this summer. The whole studio was very clean couldn’t recommend it enough. The restroom was a little awkward because there was no door but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall great stay with good vibes.

We had a great stay, easy & smooth check in with commutation from host. Studio apt was cozy, clean and comfortable. Had a small bump with door lock (battery died on lock, no one’s fault) but the host was there in minutes fixing it with a locksmith. Property owner, family and nearby neighbors (mini horse and goats) were friendly. Close to multiple wine areas like Los Olivos & Solvang. A must for any wine lovers.

Dream stay!
Janet’s place is just lovely. Beautiful, tranquil location, extremely clean studio with all the thoughtful bells and whistles. Loved the amenities (yummy coffee in room, snacks, tea, etc.). The bed was sooo comfy and relaxing. Easy check in and check out. I’d stay here a million times, Janet was a great host, highly recommend!
