Apartment with 2 pools, great location to beaches, restaurants and 5 min walk to Cala D'Or Harbour.

Casa Bella 3a is a 1 bedroom apartment with air conditioning, on the first floor. It has a double bedroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with large terrace, balcony and an additional large sun/roof terrace. All furnishings are to a high standard with luxurious fixtures and fittings. The house is located within a small private gated community of 20 homes set within beautiful gardens with 2 pools. Within less than a 5 minute walk you can be at the beach, shops or restaurants. The marina is less than a 10 minute walk and the beautiful Mondrago Beach/Nature Reserve. We aim to provide you with a special holiday in this beautiful location.

My friend and I stayed in the top apartment 3a. Cozy apartment for 2 people only. Start with the positives. Fab complex, well looked after and maintained. Pools lovely. Supermarket 5 mins walk as are the lovely bars and restaurants. 15 mins walk to the gorgeous marina with lovely bars & restaurants. Cala 'dor center another 8 mins walk once walked round the other side. So the one bed apartment is small. Lovely terrace. The roof terrace is unusable in the heat as no shade. No sunbeds round the pool area so would need to ask for sunbeds and put by pool then leave up the path when finished for next day. The garden in the pictures, that is for the use of the downstairs apartment only so would have to sunbathe by the pool but no parasols. Trees to shade under though. Apartment needs a bit of upgrading but absolutely fine for a week holiday. Sarah the owner is lovely and easily contactable to rectify anything. Mark and Andrea live in the complex so any issues they are there to help. Would return but would stay in a ground floor apartment for more outdoor space
