This modern, recently renovated holiday home, with a spacious living area of around 135 m² and additional terraces, is located on a large, well-protected corner plot of approximately 600 m². The house was extensively renovated three years ago and now shines in new splendor. Thanks to the numerous glass fronts and the bright, contemporary furnishings, the entire house is bathed in natural light. Especially the rooftop terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea and the lush surroundings – the perfect place to relax.
The house is divided as follows:
On the ground floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, as well as two modern shower rooms (one of which is en suite). The open-plan living and dining room invites you to linger, with satellite TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. From the dining area, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the pool and the well-maintained garden. The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, leaves nothing to be desired.
In the outdoor area, there is a practical outbuilding, which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional refrigerator. The holiday home is fully furnished, including bed linen and towels, and is available for rent throughout the year.
A highlight is the large, covered terrace with a spacious dining set and an additional awning for pleasant shade. A cozy reading corner invites you to relax. The pool area offers 6 comfortable loungers, a sun umbrella, and an outdoor shower. The pool itself measures approximately 4 x 8 meters and promises refreshing swimming fun. An attractive outdoor kitchen with a gas grill is perfect for sociable BBQ evenings. Additionally, there is a small breakfast terrace on the eastern side of the house, furnished with another table
