Würden die Finka jederzeit wieder buchen. Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders die Lage, Nähe zum Strand, hat einen großen Vorteil. In der Küche sind alle Geräte vorhanden, um sich auch mal selber etwas kochen zu können.

Top Lage - sehr mäßige Ausstattung
Wohnzimmer sehr ungemütlich, Sofas nicht zu benutzen. Alles uralt. Handtücher sollte man lieber selber mitbringen..... Imsgesamt war das Haus im April sehr muffig. Nichts für Alergicker. Vermutlich waren wir die ersten Gäste nach der Winterpause. Als Heizung gab es nur einen einzigen Elektroofen. Die elektrischen Installationen sehr fragwürdig. Boiler für die Dusche reicht nur für 5 min. warmes Wasser. Abrechnung Strom extra. Akuter Sanierungsstau überall. Gartenmöbel schrottreif. Lage top. 300m zu einem der schönsten Strände Mallorcas.

Für unsere Zwecke ideal
Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war sehr angenehm. Wir sind mit unseren zwei Kindern und der Schwiegermutter für 10 Tage in Cala Llombards. Es standen zwei Kinderbetten bereit, dazu Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Besonders der Autostellplatz auf dem Grundstück war für uns großer Luxus. Zum Strand ist es zu Fuß ein Katzensprung. Einige Dinge gibt es zu bedenken: - Ein Zimmer hatte keine Fenster, das störte uns aber nicht. - Die obere Etage ist Schlauchförmig geschnitten: Um in den nächsten Raum zu kommen, muss man vorher durch den vorherigen Raum durch. Ganz am Ende geht es auf einen Balkon, auf dem noch ein Badezimmer platziert ist (man muss also ins Freie, um in das Bad zu kommen). Als Familie ist der Schnitt kein Problem - wenn man mit mehreren Pärchen oder Freunden unterwegs ist, gibt es weniger Privatssphäre. Uns hat es wie gesagt nicht gestört. - Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und auch kein Internet. Legten wir aber auch keinen Wert drauf. Insgesamt hat das Haus für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen ausgereicht, kleinere Mängel wurden durch die fantastische Lage wettgemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
