Window in shower wasn’t covered. Website price was 4x the price they had posted in the lobby, kind of bothered me a bit. Had lots of rooms empty, if I had of known this I wouldn’t have booked online.
The hot water worked throughout my stay. Cleaning was consistent everyday. The wifi is not that great unless your room is in a certain area of the hotel (mostly by the elevator).
Always have a great stay at this hotel. They staff are very nice. The Roma is close to local bars, supermarkets, and discos. Cant wait to get back to my room 205!!!!
The room is large and comfortable. Good value for the price. The breakfast is really good and is free. My only complaint would be that upon arrival at check-in I was told that the hotel's credit card machine is broken and that I would have to pay cash. First, I don't believe that. Second, even if true, that should have been communicated to me before I left the US so that I would have sufficient cash to pay the hotel. I was forced to check out and check into another hotel which accepted credit cards.
