I rented two rooms in the premium floors however after I received my room the toilet was clogged I immediately called because I had to go to an event. The service never resolved the issue. After returning to the hotel at 1:20am I called reception informing them that not only did my room have an issue the second room shower was also clogged. They said someone will come up ASAP. I waited until 2:30am and called again only to wait for an employee to enter the room and state I don’t have the plunger that will resolve the problem. At 7:25am I called again requesting service again, and they stated someone will come right up. At 8;45am I called again and finally an employee at 9:00am had a plunger and resolved the issue. I had no sleep and to make it worst the adjacent room had two women which wouldn’t stop talking and the walls seem to echo every word that came out of their mouths. I started to get ready however my wife and I couldn’t make it to their breakfast which we paid for bc they remove breakfast at 10:30am. To cut it short we ended up checking out with no breakfast no sleep and just apologies. I never will stay here again. Unfortunately bc I always had a great experience until today.

I had provide Expedia Email I had VIP Access, their records did not show me having VIP Access, In addition They Refuse To acknowledged my 20% discount on food Until I showed The Email from Expedia, in addition to I Paid for The Superior Room.
