Telephone in room doesn't work. No wifi in rooms only in main Lobby. I was placed in the newer section of the Hotel and its a long walk to Main Lobby. Forget charching you laptop or notebook they dont have the right outlet for the 3 thooth only fot the normal with 2. But rooms are pretty good pretty big for the price is Ok.

The staff was hardly helpful and in accommodating. Very rude and unhelpful. Most of the facility was broken or closed.

The size and the view from our room. The food was also good. But some of the stuff wasn’t very nice.

I liked the property. It’s location was excellent. My dislikes power kept cutting off. Bed was very very hard made my back hurt. Bathrom tiles/wood floor looks moldy. And I was very disappointed with the wifi. Not in range and when in range now working properly I could get any work don’t logging into the wifi. That should be updated ASAP.

Hotel room was dirty, the restaurant was closed, i had to go to bed hungry. they had to changed my sheets and pillows because they were dirty too. I had safety issues. there was not even bottle water in the room. will not recommend this hotel.

the staff was exceptional but the resort is very out dated repairs are needed my room 105 was moist mildew and broken door broken sliding door and broken safe room 002 was the same its in bad condition

I asked for A king bed got two full size beds Fan was not working Telephone was not working Blow dryer was broken Room smelled like sewage Bathroom ceiling was leaking Only 2 towels for 2 people asked for two more never received Horriblen customer service
