The bathroom door is broken. The TV has no remote. The roads around the hotel are closed. Loud parties all around.

I had a great time here though it could had been better and much safer without random strangers trying to ask you for money and follow you back to your hotel. Everything else was excellent with the staff!

Location was great. Rooms were terrible. Whole bathroom was dingy. Service was either terrible or non existant. Asked for some coffe and manager told me it was the wrong time. Asked for clean towles and the manager would not give me any because again he said it was the wrong time. No hot water as well.

Expedia should remove this terrible product from their list. This place is dangerous and horribly filthy. Without a refund, I think Expedia is aiding in fraud and theft. I’m going to end my years of business with Expedia and find a travel site which actually vets the product and not helps in robbing the client.

Don’t book. They steel your money

This is a horrible hotel. They couldn’t fine our reservations upon arrival. Money lost completely. It’s was over $400 for a big family group. We were left without a place to stay for the night. The neighborhood at night is dangerous for tourists. Don’t book here. I don’t recommend it at all. Dont stay there

Upon arrival i was surprised tonfind out that the area was like a rundown slum where garbages were just lyingbon the street corners around the property. In the inside after getting a room the first thing i noticed is that there wasnt a queen size bed as i was told on the site, next the walls were dirty and the bedside tables in delapidated condition. The tv had no remote control. When i opened the balcony door i was greeted with a eye sore old building for a view. In the bathroom had a funky smell and yhe fixtures were partially rusty. No hot water and the face basin stained and dirty. I only spent 2 nights instead of the intended 10. I waited only until my spouse arrive the fallowing day to book somewhere else. The beach too was a mess of an attraction.. i met a displeased guess downstairs the morning i was leaving who herself was leaving because of deplorable conditions. She told me of an experience wherein a bed literally broke under the pressure of just sitting on it.
