From here you can easily take ubers to restaurants, supermarkets and spend the afternoon shopping or just enjoy our terrace with city views.

Apartment is on the 6th floor but to access it you have to go up on the elevator to the 5th floor and then go up the stairs 1 floor to the 6th floor.

This modern comfortable one bedroom apartment is fully equipped with all traveler’s needs. quiet, private, secure and located in a residential building. The apartment has private terrace, private laundry area with washer and dryer and 1 parking spot.

-Hot water and electricity.

-Guests must stop by the front desk to confirm their reservation and a wristband will be provided.

-NO VISITORS IN THE COMMON AREAS.

-Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals there's a limit of 50 dollars of electricity consumption, if there's a difference will be charged through Airbnb separately-.
