My friend and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate her birthday. First of all the room did not have any draws to put our clothes. We lived out our suitcases for 5 days.
The room is designed very inconveniently. The bathroom is so far from the bedroom area, so we did a lot of walking up and down. The iron was a steam iron that did not work. It leaked out water. The shower has no place to put your personal soap and facial wash. I had to put them in containers on the floor of the shower. They provided shampoo, conditioner and liquid facial wash in containers attached on the wall at the back of the shower, but I didn’t use them at all.
The male manager was nice and accommodating. Our room service coffee was cold. Service at the restaurant in the lobby was great. The staff was very helpful especially Raphael, he was very accommodating to our need. He provided exceptional service every time I visited the restaurant. I liked that the coffee was very hot every morning. I also liked the gym, it is equipped with all the necessary machines and equipments. I had a great workout.
Overall our stay was ok.
