Charming hotel with excellent service. Staff are very welcoming. Each room has a little front porch giving you the feeling you are living in a quaint village. Great location for walking the promenade along the beach. One of my favorite places ever.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Cons:dishonest, terrible customer service, not close to being 5 star
This place is a scam and fraud. It is not even close to a 5 star hotel, has terrible customer service, and actually ripped off our $1000 deposit, even though we did not stay there. Here is what happened to us:
- my wife and I were on our honeymoon and reserved the honeymoon suite. when we are arrived, the room was very cold, the heater did not work, there was no hot water to take a shower, and the in-room sauna had so much chlorine in it that it stunk up the whole room.
- we called the front desk repeatedly to fix these things and all they did was send a cleaning lady and some clueless boy to show us how to use the heater and shower. they had no idea how to fix any of these problems.
- after two hours of this nonsense, we finally gave up and decided to leave. we asked to speak to the manager on our way out and they made us wait for 20 minutes. we just decided to leave and demanded that they refund our $1000 deposit.
When we got back home, we found out that our deposit was not refunded. We disputed the charge with American Express and the hotel completed LIED to Amex. They told Amex that we had stayed there and then left without telling anybody. They said that our deposit could not be refunded EVEN THOUGH WE LEFT because it is non-refundable. What a fraud!
This is clearly not a reputable hotel and it is not even close to being 5 star. They would be lucky to get 2 stars by most standards. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
