Wir waren zu dritt eine Woche in der Milestone Villa Olivia. Es war großartig! Alles lief reibungslos. Wir konnten schon vormittags einchecken. Unser Host Kostas empfing uns vor dem Haus. Er gab uns eine detaillierte Einweisung und viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön. Geräumig, typisch santorinisch erbaut und liebevoll im Bohostil eingerichtet. Der private Pool (ca. 6x2 m) war ausreichend für uns drei. Es ist einfach traumhaft einen Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung zu haben! Der Außenbereich verfügt über drei unterschiedlich angeordnete Sitzbereiche und einem Carport. Alle zwei Tage kam eine Reinigungskraft, die auch die Handtücher wechselte. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Megalochori. Ein wunderschöner, kleiner, traditioneller Ort. Megalochori liegt im südlichen Teil der Insel. Von der Wohnung ist man fußläufig in ca. zehn Minuten an den Felsen (und auch am berühmten Heart of Santorini) mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Caldera und einem phantastischem Sonnenuntergang. Gastronomie und Supermärkte sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Viele Wege lassen sich aber auch mit dem Bus (2,20€) gut bewältigen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich unterhalb des Dorfes an der Hauptstraße. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden definitiv wieder kommen!
