Beautiful Hotel!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: Within walking distance of Fira, and relatively easy to get to Oia. I would recommend Pelicano's restaurant in Oia for the sunset.
This is probably one of the nicest hotels on Santorini. We were very comfortable there and glad it was a little bit outside of FIRA as it was extremely crowded there.

Perfect for a family and first timers

Pros: the staff was above and beyond what we've experienced elsewhere, the breakfast was good and the heated pool was great.
Location: it's a 10 minute walk to Fira which is super convenient, there is a small store within 5 minutes to get any snacks or missing travel items.
My wife and I traveled to Santorini with our one year old. The staff was very accommodating from the moment we arrived. We had an early flight from Athens. They arranged for a shuttle to pick us up for 20€, pricey but convenient. We arrived early but they told us our rooms would be ready in 20 minutes. They led us to their excellent breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked great. We mainly used the heated pool for our baby. It is a shirt 10 minute walk from Fira. They also arranged for a car rental for a day. Since we had children, their play area, indoor and outdoor was great. We would take the kids there to burn off some energy. This place is just great.
