Apartment on the ground floor of 85 m2. In the photos section you have a plan that will help you understand the layout. The orientation is Northwest. It has an exterior entrance that gives it total independence from the rest of the house, which opens onto the garden. With two rooms, the first with a 135 cm bed and the second with two 90 cm beds. It has a fully equipped American style kitchen. Two complete bathrooms, the first one is located in the double room and the second one at the beginning of the corridor that leads to the bedrooms. An American dining room with a TV, with a dining table and armchairs for four people, attached in an open plan to the fully equipped kitchen. At the exit of the house it has a private porch with a garden table and chairs.
The outdoor areas within the farm: The garden, the orchard, children's playground, barbecue and parking are common areas, of a community nature.

My name is María and the main characteristic of my accommodation is the personalized service and detailed information on all questions regarding the house and the area in which I live. The profile of those who visit me is that of a family with or without children who want to spend a few days off, in a natural environment without complications, visiting new places and enjoying the gastronomy and climate of the Rias Baixas. I live very close and I go every day for the maintenance of gardens and equipment, being at all times at your disposal to help you and advise you as much as possible, whenever required, always respecting your privacy. The house is governed by a series of rules that make coexistence pleasant for everyone.
It is a house in the countryside, fully fenced, in the countryside, surrounded by chalets and single-family houses, the closest town is 900 m. with all services: banks, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, small shops, gas station etc. The closest beach is La Lanzada Beach at 2400 m. (5 minutes by car), two km of fine sand, cataloged with a blue flag, with large parking lots. Good access to the Salnés AG-4 motorway. 1 (5 km.) And A-9 motorway (10 km).
When I receive travelers, I give them information, brochures and maps of all the places they can visit in the area. On this website I show you a little information because I think it is a good idea that you can start to get to know the area.
Within a radius of 6 or 8 km approximately are the towns of Sanxenxo, Portonovo, El Grove, LaToja, San Vicente del Mar and Cambados. 80 km by highway is Vigo and Santiago de Compostela, and 100 km from the border with Portugal. On the coast you can visit the Cies, Ons, and Arosa islands.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks in July.My husband 2 children and I .The apartment on arrival was perfect.The apartment was very clean and had everything we required.It was the cleanest hoilday house we have ever rented!.The apartment had a beautiful garden with fruit tress and lots of space for the children to play.The weather was beautiful.Beaches were 5 minutes by car beautiful beach safe,clean and most days were not that busy.We had lovely meals,fresh fish ,wine ,salads and pizza when the kids would not eat the "pulpo".The restaurant Casieros was 10 minute walk from the apartment.Maria was so kind .Maria was always available if we required anything.It was a perfect hoilday.We would highly recommend this apartment.It was excellent Sarah Ireland.

Great Holiday

Maria, the apartment owner, spoke good English and was most welcoming and helpful, she visited each morning to check if we needed anything. The apartment was spacious, clean and provided everything we needed for our stay, adequate space for a family or two couples as there were two bathrooms. The garden and outside area were well kept and very restful with the advantage of being able to pick fruit from the trees. The local area had wonderful beaches a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Días increíbles en Galicia

Estuvimos unos días durante el puente de mayo en la casa de María con mi familia y la pasamos estupendamente. Quiero agradecer a María su dedicación para que estuviéramos cómodos y la pasáramos lo mejor posible. Nos proporcionó mucha información de la zona y nos recomendó sitios preciosos para conocer y para comer estupendamente. La casa es preciosa también, estuvimos alojados en uno de los apartamentos de la planta baja y era muy cómodo. El jardín de la casa es enorme y muy bien cuidado. En resumen, la pasamos muy bien y recomiendo este sitio para quienes deseen pasar unos días tranquilos y con muchas cosas para hacer y conocer. A casa está muito bem situada, perto dos principais locais de Sanxenxo; é uma casa simples e prática, equipada com tudo o que é necessário. Para além disso, a casa estava impecavelmente limpa. A Maria foi sempre super simpática e acolhedora, explicou todo o funcionamento das instalações, bem como dos locais mais atractivos em Sanxenxo. Corresponde rigorosamente ao anunciado. A limpeza com que a casa é entregue aos clientes impressiona, por não ser habitual neste tipo de alugueres: tudo cheira e está imaculadamente limpo. O equipamento da casa funciona perfeitamente: frigorífico, placa, varinha, etc. E com a casa vem um bónus: a dona, a Maria, sempre presente e preocupada com o bem-estar dos clientes. Fizemos uma amiga (dois, contando com o marido). Aconselho vivamente.
