A lovely house
The owner was incredibly helpful. We loved the architecture of the house, and it was equipped with everything we needed. A fabulous base for exploring the area. A lovely part of Spain!

Interesting house in quiet neighborhood
Really interesting and comfortable house situated in a quiet neighborhood. It rained much of the time we were here so we didn’t get to use the balcony, but the interior was very attractively decorated. The host met us at the property and showed us around and helped with a small problem we had one evening. Parking is on-site. Highly recommend this house.

Puente Diciembre 2021
Nos hemos alojado en esta casa durante el puente de Diciembre de 2021. Comentar que a nuestra llegada la casa tenía solo 12 grados de temperatura (se debería haber acondicionado previamente como es lo habitual en una casa que lleva tiempo deshabitada) y con el temporal que ha hecho nos ha costado tres días que está llegará a 20 grados y teniendo los radiadores eléctricos y un calefactor de continuo puesto. Dicho esto, mi pareja y yo, ya de vuelta a nuestra casa, estamos sin salir de la cama porque no se nos va el trancazo. Además de esto, la vivienda no tiene luces en el exterior, ni en la terraza. También, indicar que entra agua en la misma a través de la ventana del baño (no os asustéis). Y no penséis que vais a ver el mar desde esa terraza tan estupenda que sale en las fotos…..el jardín está totalmente asalvajado y los árboles no se han podado en mucho tiempo….por lo que las vistas son eso, árboles. Por otro lado la limpieza era correcta, al igual que el menaje en general y el detalle de la botella de sidra por la propiedad, punto a agradecer a Rocio y Fernando que son muy agradables, en contraposición del hecho que este último se personará en la la casa SIN AVISO PREVIO (es decir entro en la parcela y llamo a la puerta de la casa asustándonos), invadiendo nuestra privacidad, a horas impropias….Por cortesía le abrimos, por pura cortesía…. Por tanto, no recomendamos esta casa, muy lejos de cumplir las expectativas dado el precio que tiene y la falta absoluta de confort de la misma. Nota: La casa es “sostenible” y tiene menciones en libros especializados, pero luego hay que pasar una noche en ella para corroborarlo, que los planos todo lo pueden…y si llueve (habitual en Galicia), descuidad que no vais a pegar ojo…la cubierta es metálica y por el tamborileó….aislante termo-acústico justito, justito. Saludos.
