Luxury 3 Bed , fully air conditioned Villa between Sao Bras de Alportel and Loule, Centrally located in the Algarve, Portugal. Sleeps 7. Perfect For exploring the beautiful Algarve or just relaxing by the pool.

This is a spacious, well furnished, detached, luxury villa set in beautifully presented private grounds. With its elevated position and stunning views across the countryside, the villa is the perfect place to unwind. It is ideal for relaxing by the private pool with its spacious patio, BBQ and covered terrace for al fresco dining or for exploring the Algarve. Only about 5 minutes drive from Sao Bras and 10 minutes from Loule with their restaurants, bars and cafes and only 5 minutes stroll to a popular Café with its friendly bar and traditional Portugese cuisine. Sao Bras is centrally located in the Algarve and only 25 minutes from Faro airport and a variety of lovely beaches and attractions. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 double rooms (king size) and a 3rd with 3 single beds and all are en-suite. The Villa is furnished to a very high standard and benefits from internet TV including live UK channels and wi-fi.

Beau mix entre plages et arriĂšre pays

Belle maison Tres propre Accueil facile et arrangeant Piscine tres agreable Environnement tres nature et tres beau. Un peu en retrait de Faro (20 min) mais c’est ça que nous cherchions! Tres bon mix entre plages et repos au calme... Seul petit bĂ©mol...le voisin de maison a des chiens trĂšs bruyants, jour...et nuit... Il parait qu’il peut les rentrer la nuit Ă  la demande...nous avons demandĂ©...mais il ne l’a pas fait...dommage...;-(

The villa has everything you need. Great outdoor space. 3 big bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a great living area. Feels very safe but the area is very safe.If you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay in a rural village this is for you.

We had a very relaxing stay here. The house was beautiful, comfortable and cool and the children loved the pool. Each room had air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Unfortunately on the last night, our youngest child wet the bed. I stripped and washed the bedding and left a note to say what had happened. The mattress had to be replaced and we were asked to pay an extra 220. This was a bit gutting having spent thousands on the accomodation, and after having had such a lovely week. One of those things, but those travelling with young kids - remember to pack a mattress protector!

We were a family of 7 and the villa was perfect for us in every way. Prior to arrival communications were brilliant and as we were arriving late, provisions were made available. We couldn't fault anything. Everything we could have needed was available. The views and the privacy were amazing. 2 excellent restaurants were easily at hand and to travel further, Ubers were so cheap. We can thoroughly recommend the villa, the area and plan to return.

Outstanding Stay - Highly Recommended

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The villa was amazing with breathtaking views, a fantastic pool, and situated in a perfect area. The communication with Alison was superb - she responded immediately to any questions we had and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend exploring the nearby charming towns, particularly São Brås de Alportel which has such a lovely, cozy atmosphere. We also want to recommend Loulé, Olhão and Vale do Lobo beach, which were absolutely wonderful with numerous excellent restaurants and golf facilities for those who enjoy the sport. The weather was absolutely fantastic throughout our visit. Everything exceeded our expectations - we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great home form home

We had a great stay at Casa de Pedra Furada. The pool was great - we opted for the heating which was a winning decision for the kids especially. We are mainly at the villa, which was made so easy, as it was very well equipped. Made use of the terrace and BBQ and enjoyed the views at breakfast and dinner. The great TV options came in handy as we had a day of weather warnings. Beds were comfy, clean and the area is super quiet, so lovely nights sleep all round. The space looks so much smaller in the photos - it’s a fabulous airy space, with high ceilings. We had a hire car, which I think would be essential. We didn’t drive for more than an hour (one way) and experienced diverse beaches, water parks, lakes and historic picturesque towns. A great base and a fabulous place for families. Thank you.

Excellent Property for relaxing family holiday

Lovely villa with one of the best layouts of all the villas we have been in over the 25 years of coming to the Algarve. The pool was positioned perfectly for the sun all day and the pool heating enabled us to use the pool everyday of our holiday. The area has some amazing restaurants and Quinta da Tor winery is well worth a visit for the tour tasting and tapas. As cat lovers it was a pleasure having Mia visit most days.

Wonderful Holiday in very pleasant Villa with beautiful views

Having stayed in a number of Villas in the Sao Bras area over the past 20 years this was one of the most pleasant. On arrival access to the Villa was as per the instructions and everything was pleasing on the eye. All facilities within the Villa were top class and the Villa very spacious; pool was visited twice during our stay which was reassuring. The Villa was visited once by the Cleaner, a very pleasant young lady, who did a thorough job. We had an issue with the wind on a couple of nights and consequently we laid the Parasols on the ground during that period. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Great villa - truly deserves 5 stars!

We really enjoyed the pool and the villa felt immediately comfortable. Lots of utensils, storage, drying facilities and the like made for a very relaxing stay. The villa was spotless and we found the bbq to be one of the best we've used on holiday! We all slept well (in the comfortable beds) and found the area to be a great location to explore the eastern end of the Algarve. Highlights for us were Tavira - such a beautiful and historical town with great shops and eating places - and driving out into the hills above visiting towns such as Salir and Alte. Overall we've had a wonderful holiday and we would love to return at some point! Muito obrigado! PS - our restaurant recommendation is Sal da Serra - 5 minutes down the road from the villa. Spicy food from Mozambique along with delicious traditional Portuguese dishes. We absolutely loved it!

Amazing Portugal

the house and location were superb, very comfy property, lovely views, well equipped, good AC if needed, you will not go wrong if you rent Annes house, it was easy to get to Faro and many nearby things to do - buggy ride into the hills, off road, quad biking, off road, teens could also drive, karting, great restaurant's with in 15 minutes drive or less at the lcoa town, great holiday

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. The house is much bigger than the photos suggest, and as others have commented, it is spotless. We tended to hit a beach (30 mins drive) in the morning and then relax at the house, by the pool, in the afternoon. The only nit we have is that a house with such a great pool should supply pool towels 
 we left a couple for future use :). The AC works well, and was needed but really only for quick spurts. There is a good steakhouse in walking distance, and a café, but if you want the best pizza you will ever have, head to DaJesus Pizzeria in Loulé. The Italian owner is passionate about his creations and the pizzas are fantastic! All in all, if you are looking for a wonderful, clean house, with a good pool that is away from the tourists, but easy driving to the beaches of the Algarve, we thoroughly recommend this place.

Beautiful property with a wonderful view! The villa was spotless and Very well appointed.Alison showed us around initially and was very helpful. The outside space was also very clean and well kept.The pool was a delight on a hot day. It was lovely to walk down the lane of an evening for dinner at Rui’s.We highly recommend.

Fantastic Family Holiday

Spent a week with our son , his wife and our 18 month old grandson . The villa was perfect to accommodate us all - the 3 bedrooms were spacious , air conditioned and each with an en suite. The swimming pool was a good size . The villa had stunning views with a great outdoor seating space . Communication with the owner was great . I would recommend Ruiz steakhouse which is a comfortable 5 minute walk from the villa .We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay . Thankyou

As férias nesta maravilhosa casa foram magníficas. Situada num local muito bonito, à Casa da Pedra Furada não faltam comodidades. Ainda que perto de tudo, a tranquilidade foi uma constante. Beautiful villa with nice view to the mountains

We loved it. All of if - the house, the place, the surroundings and the time we spent there. Check in was smooth and easy (little remark to Anne - precise address or map coordinates of the property instead of description of the directions toward the villa would make it much easier to find the property, but once the manager Alison was contacted, it was all solved). Everybody was screaming happy to find out that each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, excellent! The layout of the house makes it feel light and spacious, laundry room with washing machine was a very welcome plus, not to mention a separate outside space within a house for drying the laundry! Sure thing the place children could be found most of the time was swimming pool, but the role I was dealt was playing water tennis with our youngest, good to find swimming things as well at the pool! Outside sitting area has fantastic view, just be aware that the evening winds might make you go inside earlier than you would have wished. But anyway, gazing at the stars above from the outside space are undeniably fabulous wind or not. Having read about the dogs bothering good night sleep, I have to mention that we didn’t hear a single dog barking during the night. Maybe they were just told not to bark anymore :) Two full rows of books in English made me and our eldest daughter happily find the one and only read at the pool - each of us managed to read a book while there. TV and cartoons were consumed by our youngest prior going to sleep. And last, but not least - all communication and attitude of Anne and Alison was also very smooth, it was pleasure to know that in case we need, they were always there to answer. We would be happy to be back some day, thank you!
