Not great

Expensive room for what it was. Dead cockroaches on the floor. Massive ants too. Couldn't close 1 of the windows cos it was wired open so was eaten by mossies all night. The front gate was padlocked which is good for safety (on the edge of a sketchy area) but couldn't get out in the morning and no one to be seen. Not usually a hater and have stayed in some dodgy places without criticism before but people should know that it's not too great

Adoro ficar na pousada, quarto limpo, a funcionária Luzimar é atenciosa e muito prestativa, tem tudo o que voce precisa por perto, mercados, farmácias, lojas, estações de metro e pontos de ônibus tbem, me sinto segura e confortável é um lugar muito agradável, próprio p familia e p quem procura um lugar aconchegante para descansar como eu que vou p tratamento medico e fica bem próxima do hospital das clinicas.

Pior Experiência da Vida

Quando chegamos, não tinha nenhum funcionário para nos recepcionar... tivemos que ficar por longos minutos do lado de fora da pousada, com várias malas, correndo perigo em virtude da insegurança que vivemos atualmente. Telefones não atendiam, nem as mensagens eram respondidas no Whatsapp. Uma hóspede que estava de saída, se sensibilizou e nos deixou entrar num local entre o portão de saída e a porta da pousada... pelo menos para não ficarmos tão expostos na rua. Depois de algum tempo de insistência nas ligações e mensagens é que conseguimos contato com uma pessoa que nos autorizou entrar na pousada, fornecendo uma senha. Ainda sem ninguém para fazer o nosso check in, tivemos que aguardar no saguão até que a funcionária chegou. Após o cadastro, ainda tivemos que aguardar a mesma funcionária "limpar" o quarto, para que enfim pudéssemos nos acomodar. Quarto com estrutura péssima, sem conforto algum e sem limpeza adequada... TV não funcionou, armário quebrado ("remendado" com um cabo de vassoura) e chuveiro (elétrico) estava com problema para fechar. Não tivemos apoio de qualquer pessoa ao longo da estadia e, na saída, mais uma vez, não tinha ninguém para fazer o check out. Após contato telefônico, seguimos a orientação da pessoa que nos atendeu e deixamos a chave no balcão no momento de ir embora. Já viajei bastante em minha vida, inclusive ficando hospedado em muitos albergues quando mais jovem, mas essa foi a pior experiência que já tive em hospedagem.

Embora a localização seja muito boa, as condições do quarto são muito ruins. Paredes fungadas e cheiro forte de mofo. Tive que pedir para mudar de quarto para um que estava um pouco melhor.

Está é a segunda vez que fico nesta pousada. Infelizmente, me decepcionei com o atendimento desta vez. Fui dirigido a uma quarto nos fundos do casarão com as paredes mofadas, e com um espelho quebrado, que aparentemente havia caído no chao.
