I love that we were able to enjoy a brand new facility. Western style beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast and amenities like pajamas, umbrella and bath sundries were a treat. Checkout is a bit earlier than North American standards but extra charge of 5000 yen is not bad for the extra 2H.

不便なホテルです。普通のホテルと考えない方が良い。

3泊までは清掃なし、ゴミ、タオル交換のみ。 これは規定にありました。 初泊、10時までに交換いちに出していたのにタオル交換がされていなかった。 同じく初泊時は内側からロックされて開けようとしても鍵ヒンジが動かず、部屋の中に閉じ込められました。 部屋に電話が無いので内線使えず、ホテル内に居るにもかかわらず、携帯でホテルに電話をして開けてもらう。 サウナは良いのですが、洗い場が座るタイプ2つ、シャワーのみ3つだけで、絶対的に混雑時は不足していて皆うろうろ。 最終日の夜、全館で断水発生。 就寝前の歯磨きも出来ず、トイレにも入れず就寝。 翌日は復旧していました。 チェックアウト時点で受付の方が｢断水の保証はメールにて後日連絡します｣と言われていたが、未だ連絡無し。 宿泊者に対して駐車場が少ない。 サウナ期待の客にはいいかもしれないが、大浴場期待のお客には不満かも。

多少ススキのから離れていますが、市電乗ればまあまあJR札幌駅以外はどこでも行きやすいと思います。新しい施設なので、設備は新しく良いです。サウナはかなりお勧めです。ただ、モダンのホテルなので、結構セルフサービスが多くて、親切さは欠けていると思います。連泊の場合、タオルの交換や掃除は結構体験悪く感じますね。1-2日ならベストかも笑

部屋が広く、和室で裸足で過ごせたのも観光で疲れて帰って来た後にくつろげて良かったです。 朝ごはんもボリュームがあり、美味しかったです。ヨーグルトが美味しかった！スタッフの方がおしぼりにかわいいメッセージを書いてくれているのも、朝から気分よく、笑顔になりました。ありがとうございました。 大浴場は小さめで、時間によって重なると座ってシャワーが使えず、そこだけ不便さを感じました。 是非また利用したいです!

家族３人で宿泊しましたが、新しく、大浴場もあり、洗濯乾燥機もお部屋にあり快適でした。また、パーキングも無料で、一階にコーヒーショップもあり、便利です。すすきのまで徒歩でも、ホテル近くの市電にて2つ駅ですのでとても便利です。ベッドは、シモンスで快適でした。また、利用したいです。
