A bit remote from any major destinations, but it is a very peaceful drive and a peaceful stay. There isn't enough nice things to be said about the staff, they were extremely professional, friendly, and pleasant.
This property is excellent. The rooms are very nicely equipped, and while slightly small by US standards, they are very thoughtfully laid out. if I could find a room of similar size and layout in the states I'd book it in a heartbeat. The location is fine - about a 20 minute ride and $40 cab fare from New Chitose Airport, which is why I chose it - but there's not much accessible on foot, at least in the winter (there's farmers market right behind the hotel but I assume it's only open in the warmer seasons).
While it was fairly far from the city (sapporo), the staff were extremely helpful and kind in coordinating taxis for us to and from work train stations at our request. They were well versed in english for tourists/visitors. The room although a little small, was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for those visiting for a few nights.
Very comfortable stay. Pleasant, helpful staff at check in.
Very clean comfortable room. Nice sitting area on main floor with coffee machine in small, tidy food prep area. No breakfast or restaurant but you can purchase a few items or there is a nearby convenience store. Out inthe countryside.
This property met our expectations for cleanliness and affordability. The room was a bit small which we were prepared for based on reviews, but it worked perfectly for a family of 3. We also knew the hotel was distant from main attractions and events, so we made sure to rent a vehicle. This made it extremely easy to visit local shops and restaurants that were within a 15-20 minute drive. To go into the city, we parked at Chitose station and took the train to venture further. The staff were also very good at recommending restaurants and activities (i.e. ski resort) that were easily accessible by car. We traveled during the Snow Festival season and paid less than half the cost for both hotel and rental vehicle than what we would have paid to stay in the Sapporo city due to the time of year. If you're open to the adventure of driving, this property will not disappoint. Also, there is a little farmers market and pizzeria behind the hotel property, however, they do close rather early so it should not be relied upon for after hours. There is a small convenience store near the hotel (probably 5 min walk) that was helpful. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and the property aligned with all the feedback provided online.
The hotel is amazing and the room was beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable place to be after a long flight. The staff was above and beyond helpful and courteous. They helped me bring my bag to the elevator and helped arrange transportation to Sapporo. Wish I could have stayed longer!
