Brand new building and very helpful and friendly staff. The public bath / onsen is really nice and relaxing. Lounge and bar area are also nice. Gym is available and has a good selection of equipment to get a good workout in. The location is perfect, close to sapporo station and various restaurants/mall. Totally recommend this hotel and would definitely come back in the future.

これからに期待します！

新しいホテルなのでこれから磨かれていくことを期待してします！駅から少し離れていて周辺にコンビニが無いのでホテル内のコンビニが早くできると良いなと思います。 大浴場のスリッパのクリップシステムが機能しておらず、私ともう1人の方のスリッパが無くなってしまい少し困りました。外国の方が多かったので説明をしっかりした方がよいかと思います。また、脱衣所の紙コップが切れていたり、 椅子と鏡8に対してドライヤーが6しかないので皆さん困っている様子でした。 フロントのスタッフの方々はご丁寧に対応していただいたのでこれから良くなっていくと期待して応援しております！ 大浴場と脱衣所はこのままガラス張りでいくのか、外からどのくらい見えているのか少し気になります…
