The hotel is located 7-8 minutes from Sapporo train station. The breakfast is good but always with a long queue. The decoration of the room is fine. However the room is just tiny and without any view (small window) thus giving suffocating feeling. We did not get a room with 2 beds as we requested which is a pity (even we proposed to pay more ..).

We found staying in the hotel to be a very tranquil experience. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the onsen. The hotel is just a short walk from Sapporo station and various sites we wanted to see and still within walking distance of Susukino.

The staff at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo were helpful, kind, and polite. They always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel welcome each time we returned to the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and although the room wasn’t large, there was enough space to fit four luggage bags without it feeling cramped. The hotel’s location is great, with many restaurants nearby and Sapporo Station just a short walk away. Breakfast was a highlight - especially the make-your-own kaisendon and the made-to-order French toast with coconut sauce. All in all, a really pleasant stay.
