官網顯示2023年12月開幕，選這裡是因為新。 但是，房間地毯很髒，浴室排風扇無法運轉，暖氣運轉聲非常大，清潔員兩三天打掃一次，只換了毛巾，浴袍沒換，垃圾也沒清乾淨。比這裡好的住宿應該很多，這裡也沒比較便宜，非常不推薦這裡。

きれいで快適なホテル
狸小路に近くいい立地だと思います。冬季は正面歩道に積雪ありなので注意が必要。設備は新しく綺麗です。２泊しましたが快適にすごせました。唯一気になったのは、宿泊した部屋は、テレビの位置がベッドと平行で角度も変えられない為、寝転んで見るのがかなり厳しいレイアウトなのが残念な点でした。

위치가 정말 좋아요. 진짜 위치 하나 최고 조식이 없는대신 언제든지 마실 수 있는 커피가 1층에 있는 거랑, 아침에 도넛이나 간단한 빵이 제공되는 점도 괜찮았아요 방은 생각보다 많이 좁아요 ㅋㅋ 더블룸이었음에도 좁았음 그럼에도 캐리어는 28인치 펴질공간은 있어요 방이 좁은거에 비해서 캐리어 확보 공간 진짜 잘 뽑은듯.. 전체적으로 신축호텔이라 깔끔하고 너무 좋았어요.

表通りから少し離れていて静かでした。部屋は広くないですが清潔で過ごしやすかったです。冬の利用でしたが、エアコンを切らなくて済むように、疑似カードキーの発行をしていただく等の配慮も良かったです。
