Over all, not good enough

We had to change the room because of the funny smell, then when I put something on the base of the bedside shelf, it was covered with very thick dust. It was very difficult to adjust the AC to make it comfortable, we ended up not getting enough sleep for the entire stay. The location is good and the staff are friendly though.

Excellent new hotel at Sapporo (not Sapporo-Odori), location was great. Just 2 blocks from the shopping district. Close to subway, and airport bus. Staffs were friendly. Best thing is having a washer dryer in the room to do laundry and it’s free! Highly recommended!
