Owners were a very hard working and welcoming family, who really added to the enjoyment of our stay. A little contruction (addition) was going on during our stay, but nothing annoying. Beautifully situated property on the beach, but this is not a five star resort in terms of rooms and decor.

The rooms were clean, good breakfast. The housekeeping service staff need some training, perhaps with written instructions as a list of things to do. It was a bit of a hit and miss service. Good location about 15 min easy walk to the port. The Albanian people were very nice. It is a family run hotel and the season is a bit early so few improvements going on. Overall excellent place to stay in Saranda.

We loved Vila Era Beach Hotel! Our room was amazing with a great balcony overlooking the sea. We rented the apartment and it was spotlessly clean and very spacious at a great price. The bar and restaurant were great and the beach was wonderful. The very best thing about the Vila Era was the kind and generous owners and staff. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Great place on the beach

Perfect place to relax and enjoy. The hosts were amazingly hospitable and welcoming. The bar by the beach had great friendly service. The apartment unit has a wonderful private balcony overlooking the beach. The location is perfect for enjoying the town at night. The place had a washing machine so we were able to do our laundry. Parking on site. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good also. Highly recommend!

The rooms with the sea view are phenomenal. I was concerned that the lounge chairs would be too packed together, and they were fine. If you have a room you get two lounge chairs/pergola assigned to you, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel has no need of an official office, as the owner and staff are always at a table by the bar. They are all super friendly and helpful.
