This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.
You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.
This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. The view from the balcony was as good as it gets- totally unobstructed and there was direct access on to a beautiful beach. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. This is a great vacation property. The host -Jim- was perfect. We received all the information we could want in plenty of time and Jim answered a number of queries (mainly around local restaurants etc)promptly and without fuss. Also, on our last day, we had a late flight out from Tampa and Jim let us have an extra 3 hours after normal check out time free of charge. This was a great help to us. We only had a brief stay but Jim made sure that it was perfect in every way.

Jim, the owner, was very easy to work with and was quick to reply to any and all of our inquiries. The on sight staff was great, very friendly and helpful.The view of the gulf and beech were perfect and only steps away from the unit.

Loved the location and view. The apartment kitchen area is extremely small with barely enough space to do any cooking. Water heater in the unit is extremely small. We had multiple issues with trying to get and maintain hot water while taking a shower. Thankfully it was just my wife and I, it would have taken 4 people a couple of hours to try and get showers done to go anywhere.

Great view and a short walk to the beach. Watched a pod of dolphins swimming by each morning. Very relaxing and nice location. My wife and I enjoyed out time there.

Gorgeous View

We took a short couples getaway and absolutely loved our stay here. View from 2nd floor balcony was outstanding! Our condo was clean & well equipped. We were able to walk the beach in either direction and even saw a pod of Manatees. Restaurants in the area were also amazing.

Beautiful View-Comfortable Unit

So happy we booked this property, this unit was perfect for the two of us. First, the view is fantastic! Sunset every evening from the comfort of your balcony is amazing, and loved that we were only steps from the beach. The property is well maintained.The unit is tastefully appointed, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and all basic amenities were covered. Excellent communication with the owner Jim! Grocery store, restaurants are all close by and the area is truly wonderful. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Yes, steps from the beach! Property well maintained. Building is older but kept fresh and clean. Interior as listed, nicely decorated. Bed comfortable with good sheets! Nice to have beach chairs on site. Quiet. Go for it!

Unit 201 Review

The condo was updated and immaculate. The view of the beach could not have been better. The balcony also offered fantastic views of the sunset. My wife and I plan to make the location our permanent vacation destination for all our future beach trips!

The property was well updated and you could tell cleanliness is a top priority for Jim. We have stayed at quite a few different condos on our beach vacations and this was by far one of the cleanest. Jim was very accommodating and even checked in with us at different points throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well. Can’t recommend this place enough.
