The location - right on the water- was great. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is in the middle of longboat key, so everything is just a few minutes away. .

Nice access to beacup

Our room was very spacious but upon arrival, it smelled terribly of musty dampness. It was so bad, we never were able to sit on the couches. Floors were not clean; found mold on inside of 2nd bath toilet seat. Inside of dresser drawers also smelled musty; had to live out of suitcase. Kitchen was large but minimally equipped (no cutting board or kitchen towels, only large pots and no baking pans). Refrigerator failed on day 3, although company immediately replaced it with a small one and had the other repaired quickly. Many nice towels;only 3 washcloths. Had to kill several large roaches--one found dead upon arrival. The furniture other than couches is very nice; very nice wall hangings. Nice screened porch. If this unit were upgraded (kitchen cabinets,for example)and was clean it would be wonderful. Have stayed locally for several years and never had a place in need of cleaning.
