Very convenient location to the beach and walkable to local restaurants and ice cream. The mattress in 200B needs to be replaced. Huge hole in the middle from overuse is hard to get around when trying to sleep. Door mats can go a long way. We found ourselves bringing sand in constantly. A door mat could stop a lot of debris from coming in.

4 Units rented

We have stayed at this place for 5 years for a week at a time. The property is in an amazing location and has two pools to use. The units themselves are just OK and not stocked very well. The maintenance is less than ideal. This year they said it was due to the hurricanes which would make sense if we hadn't seem many of the same issues in prior years.

Great Condo Near Beach

The condo was cool and clean, the right amount of space for just the two of us! The shower was hot and the in-unit laundry was great! It's very close to the beach, as well as some great restaurants (check out Toasted Mango Cafe!), and a quick trolley ride up to the village!

Great Location for Value

Wonderful location relative to quick beach access and several restaurants and bars, not to mention a short trip to Siesta Beach village. While the cleanliness was adequate, the value of location, quiet environment, and fast responsiveness from RVA for any of our needs more than justified the cost. Overall this was a very pleasant stay.

Nice quaint property with short walk to beach, except that Teenagers in loud trucks took over parking lot with very loud music and noise around 12 midnight on Friday evening . Apartment needs remodeling ( paint- shampoo carpet- redo bathroom- dining room chairs are falling apart, legs are so loose that anyone can sit and fall- FYI- etc) with a few improvements unit will be great. AC did not work on check day, entered apartment and temperature at 82. Tech didn’t arrive until 10 pm - so temperature inside unit reached 85 degrees- not a good first impression. Otherwise, decent place to stay at SK.

5 min walk to the beach. 2 pools to choose from. Hot tub, beach chairs & umbrellas available ( first come first serve basis), common deck area with fans you can utilize. And a lot of flowering greenery to give the whole place a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a 1 bedroom w a private balcony. The rooms were a bit small in size, but hving a private balcony to sit out on and relax made it worth it!! Check in/out was easy peasy!! Great little place!! We’ll be back!!

The property is in a fantastic location..close to beach, pools and restaurants. Manager was very helpful when there were a few issues with the unit. The specific unit could use a spruce up (chairs outside we’re not the ones in picture, could be a bit cleaner) but since the location was so great it off set any issues.

This was a great place to stay. The cleaning could have been a bit better but had the perfect amount of space and a great location. The free in room washer/dryer was great. The private balcony was a great place to have coffee or drinks on. The shower was great. We would return here!

Beach Club Siesta Key

I would recommend this property. It was close to the beach with a nice private corner deck. Beautiful mature palms, nice pool and hot tub. Cooking facilities were also good. However, sleeping conditions for those not using the spacious bed are terrible. The mattress for the pull out sofa is marginal at best. Bright lights outside the suite keep anyone on the sofa awake. Black out curtains are needed. I would recommend this property for two people until conditions improve.
