Great location in Las Palmas

We rented the condo for 3 weeks. Love the location, walk everywhere, close to the beach and beautiful pool. The best: people who live there, staff and the other travelers. We met a bunch of nice people! We love our morning walks in the neighborhood and to the beach. Felt safe everywhere. Juan, the property manager, is awesome! Answered all our questions promptly before the trip and was very welcoming and friendly while we were there. The complex is well kept, very clean and nice outdoor area and pool was amazing. The unit itself is small and efficient. It was clean and welcoming. The beds & pillows very comfortable. The furniture is in overall good shape and there is a smart TV. Never had issues with WiFi but we found streaming on the TV a bit painful. The downside to the unit is the banquette dining set. It's a bit awkward, not suitable for 4 adults and not flexible since there are no chairs to move around. The bathroom is very small and faucets/shower head need upgrading. We found it hard to control the temperature and very little water pressure in the shower. With no oven or BBQ, we found cooking a bit challenging. We didn't try the air fryer to cook the meat. At night, the unit has no privacy with the wicker blinds, once lights are on, everybody can see inside. Blackout curtains would definitely be a welcome update to this unit. Didn't use the back patio - not inviting and too many ants living between the tiles. Overall, great for the price.
