Perfectly located, this ground-floor condo has a walkout from the beautiful covered terrace to the pool deck and poolside bar & grill.  Your private terrace features comfortable padded lounge chairs, and dining space for four people. 

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Guests enjoy all of the benefits of the PACIFICO community, including 4 massive pools, access to the oceanfront PACIFICO Beach Club*,  a new children's play area, access to a member's only gym*, and a newly added outdoor sports area with tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts.  Right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

Pacifico L303 opens into a huge, updated space with a large L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV.  The space flows to the updated kitchen, in-unit laundry, and breakfast bar seating for 4.  All of the amenities of home can be found here, including stainless steel appliances, dishware and cookware, small appliances, and a stacked washer/dryer.  The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open to your private, covered terrace.

Just off the kitchen is the primary bedroom with a comfortable King bed, dresser, and TV.  The bedroom has large patio doors that open to the terrace.  The primary en-suite bathroom has a walk-in closet for additional storage and a large bathroom with updated double vanity, shower stall, and water closet.

This one-bedroom unit is absolutely stunning and a great location with quick access to the pool, poolside bar & grill and sits just a quick walk to the Pacifico Sports Complex, grocery stores, restaurants and more!

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

We could not have been happier with our stay! The communication was excellent and made coming in and out seamless. We where very impressed with the amenities, it was if we had our own place in Coco! This is a quiet, clean and very comfortable place with great access to everything in town and beaches. We will be back!

This was the perfect relaxation spot! Beautiful property, close to or short distance from all kinds of amazing restaurants. Pools, property and people were all amazing! Rich Coast Vacation staff (property management team) were very helpful and promptly answered our questions and requests. We will certainly be back, just longer next time! A week is not enough!

Cozy and convenient condo

This condo was perfect for our stay in Costa Rica. It was right off the pool and in the middle of the Coco city center. The condo was well appointed with all the amenities that you need - washer dryer plenty of cookware.

Updated and well-appointed. So nice to be on the lower level with a short walk to the pool and poolside cafe. Management was very responsive when we had a question and gave us clear directions for everything. When we arrived, we were happy to find they'd left us 2 cold beers! Great stay near coco beach

This is a gated community within walking distance to the beach. It is a tranquil oasis. Beautiful pools and manicured gardens. The room is lovely. Spacious with everything you could need for vacation. The property managers were very responsive to any queeries. There is a supermarket very closeby. This is the second time we have stayed at Pacifico ( in a diffetent room) and thr stay was as enjoyable as ever

Fantastic Stay!!!

Wow just had a fantastic stay at Pacifico. Felt like home the minute we walked in the door. Furnished very nicely and everything was comfortable, especially the bed. Being able to walk directly to the pool from the patio was a nice feature too and the patio area itself was nicely equipped and again very comfortable. Grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Any Rich Coast Vacation staff that we interacted with were very polite and able to handle any questions/concerns quickly. Can't say enough good things about this property and the management. We will definitely be coming back to Pacifico.

Chill Condo

Condo L303, first floor, was equipped beyond a typical "rental" condo (kitchen had all the necessary tools and appliances). Instant how water on shower and sinks, AC worked flawlessly and the condo was very clean. All appliances worked great and having the washer/dryer really help by allowing us to pack less clothes. I highly recommend this unit.

Nice resort. Secure . Close to everything. No cable. Need to bring Netflix which we don't have. Internet on and off. Hot water needed to be turned on twice. Host left 2 beer in fridge for us on arrival and excellent complimentary coffee for all week. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this location .

We absolutely LOVED our stay in L303 at Pacifico! The condo was very clean and well maintained. The furniture and bed were very comfortable! We loved being able to walk out to our patio and enjoy the beautiful scenery of palm trees and various flowers and greenery. Every morning with coffee we enjoyed the hummingbirds flitting in the flowers right outside our patio. We liked that we had a little privacy from the pool area, because we were set back just a bit and there was lots of greenery between us and the pool. We already booked our stay for next year in L303. We loved staying at Pacifico resort! It’s beautiful, clean, safe, and everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Pacifico itself is awesome and this unit is in a great location. However, we found the upkeep lacking for a "luxury" condo. The porch fan did not work. The dishwasher did not get things clean, even when dishes were run through 2 or 3 times and after a few days, the shower required repair.

Wonderful Spacious Condo With Perfect Location!

My husband and I stayed in this 1 bedroom condo for 3 weeks. It has a nice modern layout. Very well equipped with everything you would need, lots of bath towels, beach towels, laundry is a big plus, and the kitchen is well equipped. The only thing missing was the outdoor grill. It never did arrive so we never actually cooked any meals :( We ate out for breakfast and in the evening. This condo has a Prime Location right by the pool. The pools are beautiful, wam and well kept. The entire Pacifico Complex is wonderful, safe and very well maintained. We loved it. I would 100% stay again at this condo if I ever get the chance. We rented a golf cart to get around in the heat of the day but we could also walk anywhere we wanted to go, and we did. We had a fantastic and fun vacation at Pacifico and all of Playas Del Coco. Pura Vida!

40th Birthday getaway

The location was about 40 minutes from the airport. The driver through Rich Coast was there waiting. The check in process was very easy and it was a 10 min walk from the grocery store. The property itself was nice and manicured. The inside could have used a good deep clean but overall was ok for us. There was no grill at the property even though it was pictured and described. My husband is a chef and that was where we planned cook all of our meals. I reached out to the housing department, they were prompt and apologetic. However it was not the answer I was looking for. One thing that would have been nice is some sort of information packet upon arrival. We spent the first few days finding shuttle schedules etc out on our own which took time away from our vacation. The common pool area was large and there were a lot of families. It is worth it to pay the $25 each to go to the beach club. We would not book again, only because we now know we would prefer a more private experience. It is nothing against this property.
