Enjoy a private, updated 3-bedroom home with a large yard and beautiful private pool, just minutes to both the Playas del Coco town center and Playa Hermosa! Set in the Nacazcol development, this 2-level home is surrounded by nature and is a great choice for those that want a standalone home with quick access to the area's amenities.

This home had a complete remodel in November 2022 and has been updated with modern finishes, beautiful local wood furniture, and a stunning pool complete with a rock waterfall!

Enter the home from the private, gated parking area and into the main floor's large, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area has a comfortable couch that can convert to a sofabed for extra guests, as well as a large flat-screen TV. With 50Mpbs internet, you can stream your fave shows and movies with ease. Beyond the living room is a dining table that seats 6. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops and plenty of small appliances and kitchen amenities. The main floor also has a full bathroom with a large shower stall.

Step outside to a backyard oasis with a large pool, waterfall, plenty of seating areas, propane BBQ, and laundry. Listen to the area's howler monkey troupes and the wide array of beautiful birds that visit the property. Catch some rays in the lounge chairs, or enjoy the comfortable, covered lounge area.

Back inside, the second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom, providing separation from the main living space. The concrete construction of the home keeps the upper level quiet and peaceful. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds. Each bedroom has gorgeous local wood furniture and ample storage.

Note that this home is a duplex but the other side of the home is only used by the homeowners for vacation. During your stay, you will have private access to the entire yard and amenities; the homeowners do not use the property when the rental side is occupied.

Good for families, driving distance to the beaches
We had a positive stay at this home in Sardinal. The house was a good size for our family of 7 (3 adults and 4 children). We were surprised to learn that there was conflicting information on the VRBO site about its exact location: the overview described it as walking distance from the beach, while the in-depth description clearly stated that it's in Sardinal. The property management company offered us a rental discount as a result and the VRBO listing seems to have been updated So, while not walk-able to Coco Beach, as we hoped, we had rented cars so were still able to enjoy Coco as well as the other area beaches. (Sardinal is a 7 minute drive from Coco.) The home was clean and comfortable and the management team was very helpful via WhatsApp. The pool was great and the air conditioners worked well. Good kitchen. Family-friendly. We recommend this place to groups wanting to enjoy Coco without staying on the strip. Pros: -Home was a good fit and layout for our party of 7 people -Space was child-friendly -Pool was great for beating the heat and included toys for children -Location was safe and included a convenient store that was walking-distance away -Property management team was polite and professional -Kitchen was well-appointed Cons: -The living room couch needs to be repaired or replaced -The 2nd level had the faint odor of cigarettes. A surprise but not a deal breaker for us -Pool was to be cleaned 2x/week but the maintenance team did not come by during our stay
