Come and discover this charming house located in Sarzeau less than a kilometre from the beach. You will appreciate its beautiful garden where you can gather, rest in the sun, play with the children and enjoy a good barbecue.



Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 10 travellers.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and fireplace, perfect for your evenings by the fire (wood not provided). The independent and well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette machine) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a **filter and espresso coffee maker** are also at your disposal. You will be able to share your meals in the dining room.



On the night side, the house has 5 bedrooms:
