1. es handelt sich um keine "Villa", sondern um ein Doppelhaus, nicht freistehend, sondern Wand an Wand mit der anderen Hälfte, Terrasse an Terrasse (keine Intimität), man meint, der Nachbar sitzt mit am Tisch, 2. ein sog. Schlaf-Zimmer ist ein "Durchgangszimmer", dieser Umstand wurde nicht kommuniziert. Zwei Kriterien, die uns bei der Vorauswahl veranlasst hätten, sich nicht für dieses Objekt zu entscheiden. Nach alldem war die Enttäuschung bei der Ankunft sehr groß. r

Belle semaine d’été
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à saint Jacques, le logement est très propre, quartier paisible, il y a tout ce dont nous avions besoin, en plus une belle vue sur l’océan et une multitudes de choses à faire dans ce magnifique coin de Bretagne. Recommandons ++

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Als Bretagnen-Fans haben wir zwei Wochen in dem Haus in Saint Jacques verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Zu viert ist ausreichend Platz (bis zu 6 geht ebenfalls) - auch Fahrräder, Badesachen etc. lassen sich bequem unterstellen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es ist alles vorhanden, was so gebraucht wird. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Creperien, Pizza-Truck und Hafenrestaurant sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, zu den verschiedensten Stränden ist es auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Besonderes Highlight ist der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse, und gibt einem zu jeder Tageszeit, bei jedem Wetter und bei jeder Gelegenheit (Aufstehen, Essen, Spielen im Garten, Rückkehr von Ausflügen) ein gutes Gefühl! Vielen Dank an Stephanie für die unkomplizierte Betreuung!

A wonderful place at the Sea
We had a great time in a very cozy place where we felt at home immediately. The direct view of the ocean from the terrace, the living room and bedroom was so nice. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was in good shape. The surroundings and neighbourhood is very quiet. Easy to rent bikes for use to go shopping or to a nice restaurant not far away. Stephanie was a perfect host with a lot of good recommendations and we hope to visit her place again in the future.

Accueil très agréable par Stéphanie, logement très lumineux et impeccable, bien équipé, literie confortable, vue splendide, environnement calme, maison fraîche (il faisait très chaud la première semaine de notre séjour), nous avons vraiment passé de super vacances et nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présentait.

Très belle location vue sur mer
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Stéphanie qui nous a transmis avec enthousiasme des conseils de visite sur la presqu’île. La location est très bien équipée, propre et décorée avec soin. La vue sur mer est magnifique depuis la terrasse.

Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la mer : vue et baignade
Location idéale pour profiter de la baignade : 15 mn maxi à pied pour se rendre à la plage. Vue magnifique sur l’océan depuis la terrasse. Propreté irréprochable, propriétaire très agréable, disponible et à l’écoute. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Très bon accueil, Hôtesse attentionnée location très propre tout confort! rien ne manque .. superbe terrasse donnant sur un panorama à couper le souffle !! les voiliers ..et.. le soir le ciel étoilé de mille étoiles .. les phares des îles nous font des clins d'oeil .. nous en avons encore plein les yeux !! encore merci pour cette belle semaine...

Wunderschönes Haus mit einzigartigem Ausblick
Wir hatten wunderschöne zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus. Das Haus ist toll, alles neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett! Die Lage ist super, man ist zu Fuß schnell am Meer!
