Beautiful and welcoming 150 m² house fully equipped in Sarzeau which has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a large enclosed garden of 3,000 m², a 50 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, internet access via Orange box, television and outdoor parking. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven and induction hobs, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.
