Une maison confortable dans un grand parc arboré
Un sĂ©jour au calme dans une maison de charme. Maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e : cuisine, salon et extĂ©rieur. Seul regret la localisation nâest pas trĂšs propice au dĂ©placement Ă vĂ©lo Ă cause du manque de vraies pistes cyclables.

Calme et espace Ă moins d'1 km de la plage de Suscinio
Les charmes de cette maison bretonne du XIXĂšme SiĂšcle, partiellement agrandie cĂŽtĂ© Nord, rĂ©sident incontestablement, d'une part, dans les grands espaces offerts par l'ensemble salon, cuisine-salle Ă manger, laquelle dispose de deux grandes baies ouvrant sur le parc, oĂč les enfants peuvent se crĂ©er des histoires et jouer dans les herbes hautes et, d'autre part, dans l'esthĂ©tique de sa façade ancienne Sud, qui fait face Ă une petite dĂ©pendance de la mĂȘme Ă©poque. Parmi les quatre chambres, une est situĂ©e dans l'agrandissement. Deux comportent un lavabo, un WC et une douche, fonctionnels bien qu'anciens, permettant de dĂ©lester favorablement l'unique salle de bains de la maison.
Il faut Ă©galement saluer la grande disponibilitĂ©, mĂȘme Ă distance, du propriĂ©taire, qui se montre trĂšs arrangeant si nĂ©cessaire (modification de rĂ©servation demandĂ©e dans le dĂ©lai d'annulation totale et accordĂ©e, mise Ă disposition de son fumoir personnel en lieu et place du barbecue rĂ©cemment devenu hors d'usage) et la qualitĂ© de l'accueil de Jennifer.
Nous avons donc passé un agréable séjour.
On relÚve comme points d'amélioration possibles :
- un grand mĂ©nage une fois de temps en temps, qui permettrait d'Ă©vacuer notamment les dĂ©pĂŽts et autres insectes tombĂ©s devant les fenĂȘtres, les gros moutons de poussiĂšre sous les lits avant l'arrivĂ©e des locataires et quelques toiles d'arraignĂ©es ;
- un garnissage un peu plus gĂ©nĂ©reux de la cuisine en produits de base tels que sel de table, huile, vinaigre, Ă©ventuellement quelques Ă©pices, Ă charge pour chacun de les remplacer au fil de l'eau, mais peut-ĂȘtre des locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents avaient-ils tout emmenĂ© Ă leur dĂ©part...

Grande maison au calme
Magnifique villa ancienne renouvelĂ©e. Nous Ă©tions deux familles avec enfants et ils se sont bien amusĂ©s. Bien au calme et prĂšs de la mer. LâĂ©norme parc arborĂ© pourrait ĂȘtre mieux entretenu (mais cela nâa pas gĂȘnĂ©). En revanche manque une grande table Ă lâextĂ©rieur pour pouvoir manger (nous Ă©tions 9). LâĂ©norme table de la cuisine a fait lâaffaire.
Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour et si lâoccasion se prĂ©sentait nous relouerions Ă nouveau cette belle maison.

Charmantes bretonisches Haus
Das alte charmante Bauernhaus mit modernem Anbau liegt auf einem riesigen, teilweise bewaldeten GrundstĂŒck. Wir haben den gepflegten Innenhof und den Ausblick in den wilden Garten genossen. Abends haben wir gern die schönen Blumen gewĂ€ssert.
Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet und Ă€uĂerst praktisch. So auch das Bad im Anbau. Die zwei Zimmer, die ĂŒber den Hof zu erreichen sind, haben wir nur fĂŒr unseren Besuch genutzt, den wir netterweise ohne Aufpreis empfangen durften. Sie sind mit einer chemischen Toilette ausgestattet. Deshalb halten wir eine Belegung des Ferienhauses zu fĂŒnft mit Wochenendbesuch in den separat gelegenen Zimmern fĂŒr perfekt.
Die Halbinsel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Traumhafte StrĂ€nde nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, bzw. eine halbe Stunde FuĂmarsch.
