This beautiful 93 m² flat is located in a recently built luxury residence. We've thought of everything so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with your family or friends!

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

The flat is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
The location is ideal for visiting Sarzeau, as everything can be done on foot, and you can enjoy the weekly markets just a 5-minute walk away. In addition, the flat has 2 underground parking spaces, accessible only to small city cars. Located less than 10 minutes' drive from several very pleasant beaches.
