Great place for Americans to stay
Good service and very helpful with other Japanese services (local shops, restaurants and taxi services). The only semi-negative comment, the hotel needs a facelift. Equipment is old and carpets look well used. Overall, I would recommend this for Americans to stay.

Honestly it is over priced but worth it because you get a really nice room and bed to make up for it if I had to choose between smile or here it will always be here
