The non-smoking vacation apartment, located on the upper floor, has a floor area of approximately 40 m² and consists of a living room with a dining table, a double sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV; a bedroom with two single beds; a hallway with a kitchenette (refrigerator, two hot plates, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), and, of course, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. This cozy apartment offers free internet access and a parking space. Seating is available on the shared balcony. Enjoy the view of the beautiful courtyard and wind down the day in a relaxed atmosphere!

Welcome to the Landpension Dubnitz!

The Landpension Dubnitz is located just a short distance from the Baltic Sea beach at Prora, right on Bäderstraße between Sassnitz and Binz. Here, away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts, you can enjoy an idyllic and relaxing vacation.
The apartment building features ten comfortably furnished vacation apartments and two double rooms of varying sizes and amenities, accommodating two to five people.
The large property offers plenty of opportunities to unwind. You’ll find a covered barbecue area, a small playground with a slide, seesaw, and swing, as well as a simple games and sports hall for fun and socializing. Here, you can choose between fitness, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and foosball.
During the colder months, guests of the property even have free access to a small family sauna.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space, as well as a terrace or balcony.
