The vacation apartment, which was newly renovated in 2016, has a floor area of approximately 60 m² and features a living room with a daybed (which can be converted into a bed for a third or fourth guest). Here, you can start the next day feeling well-rested. It also features a sitting/dining area and a flat-screen TV.
The bedroom is cozily furnished and includes a large double bed, a wardrobe, and a small table with two chairs. From the window, you can see all the way to the Baltic Sea and the Mukran ferry terminal! In the hallway, which includes a kitchenette (refrigerator, two-burner stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), you can prepare your meals. Be sure to try the regional specialties and seafood dishes!
The bathroom is modern and furnished with thoughtful details. It features a shower and a toilet.
The apartment is located on the upper floor and has a large shared balcony with seating.

The Landpension Dubnitz is located just a short distance from the Baltic Sea beach at Prora, right on Bäderstraße between Sassnitz and Binz. Here you can enjoy an idyllic and relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts.
The apartment building features ten comfortably furnished vacation apartments and two double rooms of varying sizes and amenities, accommodating two to five people.
The large property offers plenty of opportunities to unwind. You’ll find a covered barbecue area, a small playground with a slide, seesaw, and swing, as well as a simple games and sports hall for fun and socializing. Here, you can choose between fitness, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and foosball.
During the colder months, guests of the property even have free access to a small family sauna.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space, as well as a terrace or balcony.
