Family Beach getaway
Property was very nice, clean and well decorated. I owned a property of this approximate age and know how many upgrades have been done. The owner communicated with us often and was very timely in her responses. I would definitely rent this property again and will recommend it to others!

Nice place needing lots of TLC
The owner recently purchased this property and has been making improvements. She stated she has an exterminator although many bugs including large silver fish on a mattress, ants along the bottom of walls, spiders in cobwebs on ceilings and cockroach were present. Dirty countertops, cloth dish drainer, glasses, and silverware were also found. We used paper plates and washed each item if we used them. The dishwasher had pieces of paper in the bottom and had an odor, we didn't use it. I sanitized both bathrooms as if they were my own. I sprayed each bed with Lysol not knowing there were a silverfish infestation. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The dryer wasn't vented outdoors enough and may be one of the reasons for the many insects. This property could be very nice with much more TLC, a better cleaning lady and exterminating service who do their job well. We enjoyed our visit in this area with family and hope to visit again. We would rent this property again only if these constructive observations and concerns were met. Thank you, Steve and Jody Chappell
