The shower did not work well and the facility will need some needed upgrades. The staff was good and the room was made every day. We did not see anyone at the reception desk for the time we were there.

Koh Lipe is paradise

Sam Pita has an excellent location, about 5 minutes to Sunrise beach and about 8 minutes to Pattaya beach and about one minute to the north end of Walking Street. Sunset beach is about a 30 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi ride. North Point beach (Zodiac) is about a 12 minute walk. The staff are very nice, the breakfast was decent enough and the pool was a welcome change from going to the beach. The air conditioning worked very well and was quiet. There was great water pressure in the shower but didn’t get very hot. The room is very spacious with a mini fridge and a big washroom and a large shower. The WiFi was passable and sometimes was very slow but I read that this could be the case all over the island. The area is kept very clean and a huge bonus was that they have a service to pick up you and your bags from the pier - this was huge and a major stress reliever since it would be very difficult to take your bags on your own or hiring a taxi which would be hard at the rush when a boat arrives. I would highly recommend this hotel especially after seeing some of the other I was considering.

Close to sunrise beach

It is a bit off the main road and a bit away from sunrise beach. This is positive as the scooters are loud on the main road and long tail boats are loud if you are too close to the beach. So fairly quiet, clean and friendly. Walking street is less than 5 minutes walking and a good grocery store even closer. So lots of restaurants nearby. All is well maintained and nicely arranged. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioner and shower worked well. They will pick you up at the ferry (entrance to walking street). All in all a good hotel. Also a nice pool if you need one but the beach is very close. Nice touch: mats and towels for guests for the beach.

The location was perfect the beach was very close. The room was tiny no cupboard for clothing. The bathroom was worn out but clean. The breakfast was very basic but okay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a nice time.

Clean and well located even though not beach front

After staying on tge island we foubd this location very central to main 'Walking street' and couple of minutes walk from sunrise beach (beautiful). Surrounding area could use a ckeanup but minor issue. Breakfast fairly basic but ok. Excellent value compared to immediate beach front

A solid hotel, near walking street

A good option near Walking St. A short walk to Sunrise Beach, a bit more to the other beaches. If you're looking to be close to, but not in the middle of the action, this is a good choice. There is no view or any close, but the hotel itself is charming and the room well-designed.

Convenient place to stay

The room images for the hotel was difference from what we expected. The swimming pool was quite small for all of us. Overall, the hotel service was good, the staff was friendly and convenient to walk to walking street distance for foods and beverages. However the WIFI connection was bad and we totally cannot login into the free Wi-Fi access during our stay. The towel and bed sheets fragrance smell weird. Not much of facilities available like hair dryer, electronic kettle, and the security box is not working.I would rate the hotel 2.5 out of 5.

It is terrible. Don't go.

It is a terrible resort. The room is no window. The staff said all family room are no window. Why hotel.com did not mention it?? The light is not enough. It is very dark. I think we were in prison. There are cockroach in the room. THe price is expensive.

Large space, swimming pool & nice staff

2 king beds with 3 young kids was really paid off. Nice n tidy room with big space provided. Hotel staff are so wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Not many hotel in this island offer a swimming pool but this hotel does. Near to sunrise beach but a bit far from pattaya beach. Close to hallal restaurant and the famous walking street. Nearby, there are many agent that offer you an island trip like scuba, island hopping or snorkeling. Make the right choice. will come back to this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff!

Stayed for a week. Excellent location with friendly staff. We loved the location. Very short walk in one direction to sunrise beach and a very short walk in the other direction to walking street for entertainment and restaurants. Comfortable bed. 5 steps from front door to pool. Only complaints is WiFi can be very slow at certain times and no fridge.

Could be better

Hotel staff had forgotten to arrange its transport team to pick us up and didn't offer any apologies which is quite disappointing. The room and bathroom is spacious but the latter had a bad drainage smell. It is located near to walking street and sunrise beach but its immediate surroundings really need to be improved.

At give hotellet 3 stjerner, vil være meget synd. Da vi ankom. lignede indgangen en byggeplads. Det luksus værelse vi havde bestilt var så ikke med balkon. På værelser var der pletter på gulvtæpperne, håndvaskbatteriet sad løst, toiletbrættet sad løst. Der var er ingen plads til vores tøj. Vi var 4 mennesker afsted og så er det VIRKELIG slidt. Poolen er meget beskidt og det virker som om at de er ved at bygge på hele hotellet, for det virker til slet ikke at være færdigbygget. Det hele er hegnet ind så der ikke er nogen udsigt. Vi kom fra et 3 stjernet hotel med pool, men San Pita er i standart til et Hostel/backpacker hotel med max 1 stjerne. Personalet var søde nok, dog kunne de ikke engelsk og var aldrig til stede. Morgenmaden var bestemt heller ikke noget at råbe hurra for.

Ein sehr angenehmes Boutique Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Schöne Zimmer und ruhige Lage. Die Walking Street ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Es gibt Handtücher und Strandmatten

Ett mysigt boende med perfekt läge. Personalen är mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående. Om man ska klaga på något så är det frukosten. Litet utbud och pannkakorna tog alltid slut så ibland blev man utan. Men skulle definit åka hit igen.
