This home in managed by Diamond Mills Resort and features gym and spa access after January 2, 2023. Spa access includes the use of the state-of-the-art Fitness Center + Classes, Waterside Cafe, Indoor & Outdoor Relaxation Areas, Hydrotherapy Circuit including hot tub, cold plunge pool & boutique pool.

A modern three bedroom/two bath home located in the charming village of Saugerties and is the perfect rental for HITS (property backs up to the show grounds) and other events in the Cantine Field complex such as softball tournaments, hockey tournaments and the Garlic Festival!

Cute old farmhouse with really nice updated kitchen. Unfortunately we did have issues with how clean it was. Thankfully after messaging the property manager someone was sent over to clean sheets and blankets. However the living room did smell like unclean dog/dog pee specifically the rug and couch. Place still needs some fixing up (broken towel rack, bathroom door doesn’t latch, broken hair dryer that was replaced). There is a door to a cellar with very steep stairs with no lock on it that would be unsafe if we had brought our kids. The place is pretty bare bones, not even extra blankets, very minimum dishes and stuff for the kitchen. We were also a little off put by the wooden floors because you can see gaps in them to the cellar.

This is a great spot. And the hosts are super flexible and helpful. This operates much more as a hotel property in that the kitchen is bare bones.

HITS horse show

Super convenient to the show grounds which was the #1 draw for the house. We didn't realize there was no washer dryer - but not the end of the world with laundry service close by. House manager was great - very responsive.

Perfect for Horse Shows

Host is very nice and house is adorable. Golf carts rented at HITS for the showgrounds are all you need, property backs up to barns.

House and location were excellent. Rated it as 3 stars because the kitchen was significantly ill-equipped. Two small pots with lids, 2 small frying pans that were probably non-stick a very long time ago, a small cutting board. There were no cooking/ serving utensils, mixing bowls,salad bowls, dish rack or even pot holders. If you plan on cooking your own food you will need to bring your own cooking stuff.

Great Value

The pictures of this property do not do it capture how warm and cozy this house is. The house has a nice driveway, and two entrances. The floor in the home seems to be original, which definitely adds character. The kitchen has salt, pepper, some sugar packets, 2 small/medium pots, and 3 small/medium pans. If you'd like to cook larger meals, I would suggest bringing larger pots/pans. The kitchen is brand new, and really nice to cook in. The only discrepancy with the listing is that there is not a king size bed in the home. There are two queen beds on the second floor, and a twin size bed on the first floor. This was not an issue, as a queen bed is more than enough. The beds were very comfortable! The house has central air, which made it convenient and easy to control the temperature throughout the house. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this home. An amazing value for the price! 10/10!

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here for a week of horse showing. The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. We parked our trailer in the lot next door and was able to drive our golf cart right to the front door. Beautiful updated kitchen, 2 full baths and comfortable beds. We had plenty of room for all of our things. It was so convenient to come back to the house throughout the day. The town was less than a 5 minute drive with many amazing restaurants. The manager was easy to deal with and answered any questions right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Horse Show rental

I rented this house for a group of us competing at the horse show. It was clean it was close and it had everything we needed!! Definitely plan to stay here again!!
