Highly recommend. The view is magnificent. The cabin was really nice and matched the pictures shown on the site. Clean, plenty of towels, and the hot tub was wonderful. The flow of the cabin is good. We never felt on top of each other. We enjoyed the two decks. We had a few vehicles, so the ability to safely park at the top without having to use the steep driveway was nice. I cannot say enough good things about the office staff (Allie and Nathan). Communication was always clear, polite, and professional. We are already talking about staying in this cabin again.

The rental property was clean, with the exception of the gas grill. One of the bathrooms had a commode that ran continuously and our internet/tv connection was nonexistent. We reported both and while efforts were made to address the challenges, neither was successful. To be fair, the property manager offered a late checkout on our last day. We accepted it, but we went ahead and notified them that we would be departing per the original agreement.The two kitchens were nice. It would have been better had the main dining table had seating for ten adults.The ten of us seventy somethings were able to navigate the three floors without too much difficulty. The game room/second kitchen was nice. We enjoyed multiple common areas which included two decks.The five bedrooms/four bathrooms were comfortable, although a couple of the beds were a bit high.They aren’t kidding when they mention the steep driveway with parking at the top of it. Three couples had Full-sized trucks and two couples had minivans. The trucks fared better.The ten of us came to agree by Wednesday that we would put down a deposit for next year’s cousins reunion and did so.Six days after returning home, I received a call from the property manager that the housecleaning crew reported some “chargers” missing from the main dining room. I assured them they didn’t leave with any of us and asked that they have the cleaning crew check again. After all, it’s a huge house. Anyway, we paid them 10.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Summit. The cabin has a very relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the game room, the hot tub and especially the views! If you are looking for a place to unwind and truly relax, this is the place for you. I definitely would stay here again.

First: the view is incredible! There’s no doubt that this was one, if not the best view from a cabin we’ve see in North Ga mountain. The check in was as promised and that was great. The goods: Plenty of dishes! There have been many times where we have to run out to get extra plates. The rooms were good. The beds were ok. Mattress was not horrible, but I wouldn’t want to sleep on them for more than a couple of nights. My only real complaint about this place is the knives. Granted other cabins we stayed at didn’t have sharp knives like I would at home, but these knives are really unsafe to cut with, especially since there is only one glass cutting board and it was warped. The driveway was so steep that a small car may not have enough power to get out.

This cabin is amazing! The views are EXCEPTIONAL! Travel up and to the cabin requires a drive up a 2 mile gravel road, which is no trouble. We traversed it in a 2wd SUV. Thst drive leads to to the best mountain views you can imagine off the back deck. This cabin was much larger than needed, but i wanted those views for the relaxation and serenity. If you are coming as a combined group, the lower floor is a great spot for kids with their own kitchenette, deck, bedrooms. bathrooms, etc. Parents can chill up top and let the kids enjoy the hameroom below.I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone wanting mountain views and a short drive to Helen. We also visited other small towns like Cleveland and Dahlonega which were all under a 30 minute drive. Anna Ruby Falls is less than 5 miles away.

Bad neighbors

The house was beautiful and worked perfect for a girls week, execpt for a over reactive neighbor that had issues with how we parked in our own designated area. I had to talk to the property manager twice bc of this man and had to interfere with my vacation time. Will not be back for that reason.

Amazing Mt View and Beautiful Cabin

Had a fabulous weekend. Cozy cabin, amazingly well stocked with almost anything you need! Game room is fabulous. Hot tub and deck were glorious. Around 10-15 minutes into town.A bit off the beaten path (mud roads to get there), and the driveway is VERY steep, but all manageable and certainly aligned with being remote and quiet in the mountains!Highly recommended!

The house was the most adequately supplied house I’ve ever stayed in. The property manager communication was great. We didn’t really need them but they reached out a few times just to check in. The house was a great size for all 14 of us. I highly recommend this house

Beautiful location

The property was everything promised in a beautiful location. With two seperated decks, the views were priceless. The nights were quiet and the skys were full of stars! Note: If a steep driveway intimidates you, I suggest to park at the top and walk down. If taxidermy critters bother you, don't stay here. lol.

Such a gorgeous view. Lots of animals!

The Summit is such a gorgeous stay. You have all that you need to cook/stay/hang out and spread out with a little group or a big group. We had multiple rooms to choose from and the view was breath-taking. I took one star (wish I could take 1/2 of a star) because the cleanliness on things like the windowsills and behind the beds (where you have to go to plug in phones/sound machines) were dusty and had a good bit of bugs but we didn't feel the need to reach out to the host. There's not a ton of level space for smaller kids so bear that in mind when selecting this property. Our kids LOVED the hot tub and it was in a spot that super easy to enjoy the view ourselves and chat while they played. Check in/out was super easy. The drive that actually goes down to the house from the area above is STEEP. Our mini van got back up after dropping off our things but it was a little touch and go. My brother who owns a 4x4 full ton diesel had no trouble, though. Close to lots of activities and beautiful sunsets. Overall we enjoyed ourselves so much and hope to come back!

October Rental

The mountain house was everything we hoped for. The cabin was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. Additionally, each room had ample space, making it comfortable for everyone who stayed. The proximity to town also made it easy to explore the area. We had a wonderful time, and the setting was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this cabin and would definitely return in the future!

We really enjoyed our 4 nights in this beautiful cabin!! Mountain View was breathtaking!! We had our kids, their spouses and grandkids with us!! They all had plenty of room in this 5 bedroom home!! Main level kitchen and game room kitchen was great to have for extra food and cooking!!

Great cabin, great view.

Was a great time, hot tub was nice and the view was the best. more taxidermy than for my taste but if you can get over that it was great!
