It comprises a lovely 39 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 417 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 39 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: 2 refrigerators, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 6×3 m swimming pool (private, unheated) with alarm on request, transparent fence for access to the pool and outdoor shower. Open from April 1 to October 30
- A beautiful, enclosed, private garden with trees, measuring 417 m²
