Family friendly and convenient to everything.
Have stayed at Hotel Tybee a few times now. Always an amazing vibe! Super sweet staff from check-in to check-out. Superb location, anything you need is in walking distance from shopping and restaurants, to the beach and Pier.

At check in, I was charged $80 to park at the hotel that I paid to stay at, for bicycles that I wasn't going to ride,and beach chairs that I wasn't going to use. The commode had a black ring, the floors were dirty, and the doors to each room slammed shut loudly. a use

No frills, too much cigarette smoke
It was a room with a bed. No frills experience. Decent view of the ocean but did know there was a parking lot between hotel and water. Super thin walls- could hear the neighbor's alarm clock at 5:45AM and their entire conversation! We couldnt enjoy the weather or the sounds of surf because every time we opened the patio door or tried to sit outside, all we could smell was someone's cigarette smoke from a neighboring room. Certainly wont be back.
