Very nice hotel convenient to River Street and attractions. What made the trip so enjoyable was the friendly and attentive staff. From things to do to places to eat, they were incredibly helpful. On top of that, our shuttle driver was was the absolute best. Definitely worth the stay and a return visit.

This is a beautiful hotel! The walkability to all things tourists is amazing! If you don't want to walk, they provide complimentary transportation via a super classy vehicle for 8 hours of the day ... dropping you to four main "attractions"! The staff is awesome. This is now our "go to" Savannah hotel 💓

The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. It is not necessarily within walking distance to the restaurants, but is a short drive and there is a shuttle that will take you downtown. We were very happy with our stay and the accommodations.

The hotel and room were beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated having such a large sitting area in our room. The staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. They were also very friendly and helpful when I called back to inquire about an extra charge to my credit card. I was charged for two breakfast meals when we had not eaten there either day of our stay. The staff member quickly reimbursed my credit card for the charge. Since the hotel is not really within walking distance to the main historical area, I believe the $25 per night parking charge is rather high.
