Guests must be able to walk up stairs. Street parking options are plentiful. Free non-metered parking is on Liberty St. Metered spots on Houston or Perry are free nights and Sundays. 3 month or longer rentals may purchase a residential decal for parking at meters without payment. Guests will have access to a washer and dryer in the owner's garage below the rental unit. No coins are required for use of the laundry machines.

Such a lovely place for two on a quiet street, but within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and bookstores. Fully-stocked kitchen, cold A/C, comfortable furniture & bed. Clean bathroom, fluffy towels. Easy street parking. Communicating with host was quick and simple. Our 2nd stay!

Well, I was excited to stay at this place. But, the door couldn't unlock. After more than an hour of trying with customer service and the handyman, while freezing, it was decided we were out of luck and would be staying at a different location. The person offering the second location said it would be a 4 bedroom unit but I could only use one room because the cleaning fee would be more than the cost to clean the entire first place just to clean an additional room. I wasn't intending on using other bedrooms. But, this made me feel as though i couldn't relax and enjoy the space because it was a mote expensive unit and I may be charged more if anything that shouldn't be touched was. While the location was clean, comforatble, and beautiful, I really didn't feel as though i could simply relax. The neighbors in the unit below us slammed doors at all hours day and night. I did email the host. They wrote back saying they contacted the guests and asked them to be more respectful. The guests did not. The stay was just okay because I never really felt like I got the relaxing stay i paid for. I stay at this type of lodging for the sole purpose of the "at home" feeling.

Location was clean and easily accessible from the street. There was plenty of cheap parking nearby and nearly everything you could want to do is less than a 30 minute walk in Downtown Savannah.

Perfect and quiet location

This spot afforded us the perfect base camp for all things in Savannah. We loved that it was quiet and tucked away (safe) but it was also a 10-15 minute stroll to the River and Forsyth park. The house was exactly as expected and the check in/check out process was extremely easy. We look forward to coming back to Savannah and would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect location to walk all around Savannah! The property was clean, comfortable, quiet, close to many squares and restaurants and historic sites! We had no trouble finding parking and didn’t need to move our car all weekend! Awesome!

Perfect Downtown Getaway

The location of this place was perfect for a quick weekend in the city. Easily walkable to downtown and the river front, and close to one of the charming squares in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Good Place to Stay!

We arrived for a weekend getaway from Black Friday to Sunday. We loved the location. We also really enjoyed the apartment itself. It felt like a cute bungalow for just the two of us. The only bad part were two things: 1. The refrigerator still had food in it. 2. The bedroom TV didn’t work.Now the best part of the trip? The BED! Super comfy! So will we recommend them? Yes! Will we go again? We are planning a return right now!

Great place, highly recommend!

The location, size and accommodations were terrific for me and I would stay there again without a doubt. My only suggestion would be to check the household items before renting. There was coffee, Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, etc. all there but all totally empty, which was a bummer. It would have been nice to know before shopping for provisions for our stay and finding out they were just empty packages. Otherwise, great experience and highly recommend!

Cute apartment in Savannah

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and centrally located. We walked almost everywhere we went and always felt safe. There is not a grocery store within walking distance, but we ubered there for about $8. Communication was fantasyic with the property management. They were quick to reapond and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We loved pretty much everything. The only suggestion we can provide is maybe in your book let people know that walking down to the River area is walkable. We figured it out the last day. Maybe provide walking directions to the River area. Again we loved our stay and would definitely come back again
