Vacation Rental Savannah – 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath, private guest house that sleeps up to 6(call for additional people). TWO NEW MEMORY FOAM BEDS - QUEEN AND TWIN (others on the way. The cottage is located on the south side of Savannah on 1 ½ acre lot, close to the Truman Parkway, shopping & Lake Mayer (a park with picnic, 1 ½ mile path, fishing, tennis and basketball courts +). Handicap Accessible, Fully furnished and includes many Appliances & Laundry Room, plenty of Kitchenware, Netflix, WIFI, Fire Pit & Picnic area and fenced in yard. This cottage is 10 minutes from Downtown and Historic District and 30 minutes from Tybee island. There is plenty of parking available. Utensils for Oyster Roast or Savannah’s Famous Low Country Boil are available upon request. There is also a $150 party fee (15+ persons, payable upon arrival). THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE. Fence is around a complex that includes other cottages and front gate left open. Pets must be housebroken, have current flea protection and cleaned up after. Others may have pets with them so I ask that no pet is left outside unattended and must be cleaned up after them.

Quiet comfortable cottage to relax in. Very clean and spacious. So many essentials provided by hostess. A great place to stay and close to many Savannah attractions. Love that it’s dog friendly. Will definitely return.

Awesome property for pets and their people.
This place isn't in downtown Savannah, but is convently located and much quieter. The grounds are fenced in with the exception of the driveway and there was a huge private lawn for our Newfies to run to their hearts desire. It isn't a fancy new high priced resort, but has everything you need for a family get together. We will definitely go back the next time we visit Savannah!

We brought our bikes from Vermont to discover the low country around Savannah and enjoyed the city. We spent a week we had a great time. We love the house. We love the carport where we kept our bikes. Everything was perfect. Location was perfect. Everything was within 20 minutes. Beautiful property the house had everything.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and newer on the inside. Neighbors dog barked at times, but the dogs owner was nice enough to put it in. Location was convenient for our visits to Savannah and surrounding areas. Lori was accommodating to our needs. The only issue was the couch could use a cleaning. Thanks for the hospitality and we would book again is we came back to the area.

This property was easy to find due to the rope lights at the entrance. It was comfortable,clean and safe and also very quiet. Location was excellent basically 10 minutes to everything... We really enjoyed staying here, Lori the owner was very nice and answered any questions we had right away. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Very Comfortable in Savannah Indeed
A beautiful location, both rental and city, and a comfortable resting place after enjoying everything the city has to offer. The only concern was some of the curtains (for improved privacy) but it's a wonderful stay nevertheless. Lori is very welcoming and all of her thoughtful touches were too. Definitely recommended.

This is a guest house on a fairly large property close to everything in Savannah. Nice high ceilings, great ac, outdoor grill was nice, terrific yard for the dog. Very pretty interior, good lighting, and large rooms. The mattress in the primary bedroom is a little worn and too firm for our liking and the pillows are very thin. However, there's lots of pillows available so that's solvable. The dishwasher is pretty old and there isn't cable tv, which is important to us. Overall a lovely place and we would happily stay again. Lori is a terrific host.
