Always check any adjoining doors in your room by trying to open them. Our door looked locked when we did a visual check, but apparently, the bolt was not fully engaged. We had people come through the adjoining door in the middle of the night! It was alarming! We did recover all but some cash that was taken. Though the hotel was apologetic and gave us a different room the second night with no adjoining door, I thought it would have been appropriate if they reimbursed one of the nights. The room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was just OK. I would stay somewhere else if I go to Savannah again.

The bath, however, was a different story- the toilet float required intervention to shut the water off; the shower door did not completely roll closed without sticking; the floor tiles were dirty and needed to be cleaned; and water leaked from the shower onto the floor.

The room was clean, a little on the small side but it worked. However, the air conditioner didn't work at all. After communicating with 3 different people at the front desk about moving to a different suite over the course of 2 days, we finally decided to stick it out in the suite we were already in. On the last night there, management offered us fans. There are no towel bars in the bathroom at all. We had to use hangers from the closet to hang our towels on the shower rod. The staff was courteous but they didn't attend to the lack of air conditioning in our suite soon enough.

I was disappointed in the meager breakfast selection though it was kept stocked and clean. Same selection all 3 mornings. The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the horrific over chlorination of pool/spa. Really awful even next day for eyes.

Clean room, staff, and amenities were all wonderful. The indoor pool was an absolute gift for my pregnant daughter-in-law. Didn’t get to sample the breakfast bar because had to be at Savannah Memorial Hospital at 4:00 a.m., but I’m sure it was great.
